Erik Paulsen

Partner

Erik has spent two decades building companies.  Initially he was the Founder and CEO of the lifestyle brand TAVIK.  After a successful sale, Erik went to work for a large consumer products company.  Erik held positions of leadership, management and planning responsibilities within the $300 million in sales company, particularly on key acquired brands and sales initiatives.  Under the company, Erik held the positions of GM of TAVIK, GM of INCASE, and VP of Sale Strategy of Incipio (parent co.).  Since exiting the consumer product space, he has been consulting and partnering in mid-size companies to guide them with equity and debt financing, sales planning and growth strategies.  He has also built a real estate business, focused on single family rental properties and 1st Trust Deed Notes.  Erik’s career has been heavily focused on business development, leadership, fund raising, operations, sales, marketing, product planning, team building and execution.  Erik holds a degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, with a double emphasis in Marketing and Finance.
